From each platform's own help pages and template files, checked in October 2026: Meta's Reels specs for Instagram and Facebook, TikTok's In-Feed safe zone file, Google's YouTube vertical overlay, Snap's creative best practices and Pinterest's Video Pin specs. Snapchat prints no side margins and LinkedIn prints no numbers at all, so those zones use careful margins of our own, and the guide says so.
Safe Zone Overlays has all 9 zones and 3 grid crops as transparent PNGs in 1080x1920 and 4K, a one-page cheat sheet and steps for Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut and Canva.
