Questions

Where do the template prices come from?

From your own hourly rate. Each template lists typical tasks with hours you can change. Ratecard does not suggest market prices.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser on your computer. Save a project file to keep a copy.

Does it handle VAT or sales tax?

Yes. Add a tax name and rate to any quote. The rate calculator uses the income tax on your profit, so keep VAT out of that part.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep it, with free updates for every 1.x version.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Ratecard Lite is free and has the full rate calculator and the PDF summary.
